Chuck: Weeknights from 12am-6am

So I finally clicked away from free porn to update this page, that is all about ME! You would think it exciting to get a chance to write a bio, talk about my interests and influences, but then the harsh reality that I am not interesting enough to write 1000 words sets in.

I am Chiggedy Chuck, I have been here at 101X for over 10 years. I plowed my way in as an intern after graduating from SWT. I have no other marketable skills other than what you hear on the radio, and that's not saying much. I spent six years at SWT before finally they gave me a piece of paper and told me I had to make some kind of career out of what they taught me... impossible... so here I am, working the graveyard and trying to stay awake. I spend more time working in our engineering department, which is great fun considering I have no training... I have been shocked unconscious a few times, but I only twitch from time to time.

It is a completely different animal than radio, but I had some experience behind the camera and in the editing studio so not so far removed, and if I didn’t get off my ass and change with the times, I would wind up back behind the grill or lugging the wheel barrow again, and I way to out of shape for that again.

I have a kick ass family, whether it is my Mom who owns a local icehouse in New Braunfels, my two brothers one at Texas State and the other at UT, or my school teacher wifey and insane little girl, we are about as freaking crazy a bunch as you could expect. I am the oddball with my weird obsession with metal music, video games and obsessive cleaning skills, but somehow it all works.
