TRUTH OR PAIR: SI EDITION:

It’s time for another round of Truth or Pair with Sorority Intern. In Truth or Pair, a listener calls in and asks SI a question. She can say “truth” and answer the question, or Caller Kayla asked Cass if she had a gun to her head, would she have sex with Jason or Deb. Cass said she’d have to pick Deb over Jason, scissoring and all. Caller Brett, whom one of our interns accidentally hung up on, called back and asked Cass if Russell, her boyfriend, has ever brought his trapeze skills into the bedroom, and what’s the craziest thing he’s ever done in bed. She said, because of his strength, he is able to do things such as lifts that many men are unable to do. Ooh la la. JASON’S UNMANLY MOMENT:

Yesterday Jason had three moments of unmanliness. As soon as he got home around noon, he noticed it was unusually warm. So he went upstairs and saw that his AC was, in fact, not functioning. This would happen at the end of July, in the heat of the summer. His first instinct was to call his mom. His mom came over, took a look and called an AC repairman. The repairman asked if Jason had checked the breaker box. Jason didn’t even know where the breaker box was! The repairman was up there for about 90 minutes, and he just needed to replace a fuse. Jason had no idea how to change a fuse, and he still doesn’t have a clue after all that. Well, I guess every man has his weak moments.

This week is Cassandra’s last week at the MorningX. On Friday, Cassandra will leave to go work for her boyfriend Russell at Trapeze Austin. Since Cassandra’s leaving, she will need a replacement. Therefore, we are letting the listeners choose Cassandra’s replacement. The two main candidates for the job are Alex (Son of a Preacher Man) and Nick (Other Guy Penis Guy Intern). Alex has been around for a long time, and he currently works for 101X in the promotions department. Nick has a job as at the front desk before the receptionist comes in to work, and he is also the creator of Digital Filet-O-Fish. Throughout the week, Nick and Alex will have a chance to show off their abilities to prove their worthiness as a potential Associate Producer. QRANK CREATOR IN STUDIO:

Today we had Rodney, the creator of Qrank from Richochet Labs, in the studio. Deb is obsessed with Qrank, so she was excited to talk with him. Deb loves Qrank because it’s educational and it causes people to want to learn. Jason thinks he’s a smart guy, so he doesn’t understand why he can’t do well on Qrank. Andy Langer is also a Qrank player, and he recently taught Deb how to use power ups. A listener called in to ask how to play against his friends on Facebook if he plays on the iPhone. Rodney said that he can link up to Facebook through his iPhone, and then his friends will be able to play with him.
